Hello--The blog is working again so here is the photo of me feeding the doe. I know, all you animal lovers and activists alike are disappointed in me--but in my defense, this doe had been fed before, MANY MANY times. It was obvious. When she saw us on the deck she ran over to the base of the stairs and gave us a puppy dog look, almost begging for food. She had been trained by someone else. But, you are right--feeding animals endangers them. I know. But, it was pretty cool none the less!
